This is a legit floor length skirt (I'm 5'5"). Beautifully full, POCKETS (!), and an elastic back waist. I am thankful for that elastic, it is the tiniest bit snug, so that gives it a bit of wiggle room. I have to take it off over my head, but I carry my weight in my hips and butt, so that isn't surprising. It is not cotton, but slippy-er, so polyester or nylon, but I don't mind. It is a late spring, summer, early fall weight fabric. It does not appear to be see-thru, but I got the black/white check pattern, and that may help it not to show. If you had brightly colored underwear on, it may show so be mindful. I am super happy with this skirt, and glad I took the chance on buying it.This skirt is super long and I love it. Very flattering and a ton of fun. It has pockets also for the win. It took 16 days to arrive, which I know could be worse the way shipping often is today. I’m typically a small/medium size. I read in a review that this skirt has elastic in the back so expected it to stretch and went with a small because I expected the length to work best. Well, after my long wait I’m very disappointed. There is NO elastic in the waist and it is too small for me. The length is great (I’m about 5’2”) but I can’t zip it all the way up. I’d suggest you order a size up if you try this skirt.Love it ?Look beautifulIt is a great length, long to my ankles. I have a 32” inseam. The waist band it not stretchy, it would be better if it was but still fits great.
