UPDATE 1/12/21Some stitching has come apart. It's part of the quilting. A few threads have also come loose. I've snipped them but decided to reach out to the company via their website. I got a reply within 12 hrs. They asked for my order number am which I sent this morning. I will update once I hear back.UPDATE 11/11/20Fit wise I still love the coat. Warmth wise not so much. I was outside in 38degree windy weather and I was cold. My legs were cold as I could feel the wind through the coat and my jeans. I am super bummed. Perhaps someone who isn't as big of a cold weather baby as I would be warm enough. I think my London fog coat was warmer it's just too big after I lost weight.I freaking love this coat. I obsessed and searched all weekend, while ignoring my family. I looked at lands end (only a zipper no buttons) Eddie Bauer (zipper and buttons but some complained of feathers on clothes and it's a heft price tag). I googled best winter coats or something like that and came across this brand in a blog. It had great reviews and free return so I gave it a try. I freaking love it. It's about 4 inches above my ankles (I am almost 5'4"). I chose a medium. I have lost 20 lbs gone from 140 (size 10/12) to 119 (size 6/8). I wear most of my weight in my tummy (3 c-sections). The medium fits me perfect. I should be able to wear a thick sweater underneath. I get stressed out when arm holes and arms are tight. These are not tight on me. Nor is it tight across me back/shoulders. I can't speak to how warm it is but I have it on now in 70 degree weather and I am toasty and need to take it off ASAP.Okay, I was nervous about this jacket. I read the reviews and changed my size from and XL to a L. I am not disappointed. I am 5'4" and my bust is 38D (40D) I am broad shouldered and buying women tops and jackets is always a challenge. I opened it up and put it on...my husband says wow, it is slimming. LOL it fit no problem, but I will not be able to put a hoodie on under it, so therefore a XL would have been a good choice. However, I am 55 years old and I do not need hoodies. I live in Central MN and have been wearing it in 30 degrees and am very comfortable. It is not too long on me....4 or more inches above my ankle. I thought the zipper worked from both ends...it does not. I gave it 4 stars only because the second day one of my pocket zippers got so stuck with the extra material I thought I would have to cut it. I was patient and due to strong fingers I was able to get it unstuck and the material wasn't even damaged. I am just more careful when zipping and unzipping. I do wish the pockets were deeper, but they are fleece lined and warm. Two co-workers loved my jacket so much that they ordered the same day they saw it. I feel very comfortable and ladylike in this coat. I don't weigh myself, but I am a size 12 pants and xl tops. I do have room in this coat, just not for a heavy hoodie.I don’t write reviews, do people really listen half the time anyways? BUT here I am for those who do. I have been living my Chicago winters in a coat my mom purchased for my dad in the 80s. Strongly for the reason that coats are not made how they used to be. It wasn’t aesthetically pleasing but it was warm I’ll tell you that. I needed to lay that beast to rest and searched for a coat that was long enough to also keep my lower half warm. I found this coat and honestly bought it because it was the only coat I found that was long and in the olive color that I wanted and hoped that it would be warm. Well here we are and it’s -20 degrees outside and I don’t feel like my organs are freezing when I go out. It blocks wind nicely. The hood scoops down so it stays in place and does not blow off, which is a huge plus. The length comes about two-three inches above my ankles. I ordered a size up because I like to dress In layers and don’t want to feel like I can’t move freely. That could contribute to how low is falls on my legs? If you buy your true size it might be a little shorter, but can’t say for I don’t know. The material of the coat if rubbed sounds like a snow suit you would wear when you were a child playing in snow. If you have sensory issues it might bother you. Aesthetically you will look like you’re wearing a sleeping bag, but a cute warm sleeping bag. Overall I would reccomend.I"m so happy with this purchase, I totally love this jacket!Honestly I bought 3 different puffer coats and had to return the other 2 because they were way too small (I ordered the largest size in each of them).I'm thin but I'm also 5'11 with really long legs and arms and I wanted a longish jacket. So after 3 attempts this is the only one that actually came close for me. The Asian market jackets are super cute but sooooo tiny compared to American sizes! The length was perfect for what I wanted (almost ankle length), so if your short it my be way too long. And even though I have broad shoulders the cut wasn't too narrow and fits pretty nicely, but again if you have a small frame XXL may overwhelm you.The pockets, however, were a bit shallow and high and the sleeves were a little short (only because I wanted them super long) but a quick trip to the tailor and that was remedied in under an hour.I only paid $80 for this jacket so I didn't expect it to fit like it was tailor made but for an additional $20 I've got a great jacket that keeps me super warm and looks amazingly cute to boot.I live in Southern Cal so I don't need a super warm coat but hailing from Philadelphia I'm sure this would keep East Coasters dry and toasty as well. Also another nice feature are the double zippers...since I have long legs completely zipped up this jacket restricts my stride a little, but thanks to the double zipper I can unzip the bottom enough to stroll with ease!!Overall I totally love this jacket!!My only regret is that I didn't buy it sooner so I could've worn it a little longer.Oh well, here's to a loooong Winter and a super cool Spring! My only problem was size and I've ordered a smaller size. Otherwise it was handled very wellCuando llegó tuve que ir a la oficina de correo para poder recogerlo debía parar una cuota de más de 4000 pesos . Compra sin sentido
